Too Faced Hangover 3 in 1 Primer & Setting Spray Review

First of all, I love and adore the original Hangover Primer in the tube. It is definitely hydrating and helps my makeup last so I was overjoyed that they made their spray version of it and you can also use as a setting spray? What?! It is very light but definitely stains and I would've opted for a bi
