I have tried numerous eyeliners to use as a tightline even gel liners but it's either they take a while to set that it smudges to my lower lash line or they smear later on on the outer corner of my eye. After this sets in seconds it sets it reminds me of the Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliner but sometimes that still even smudges on me or gets on my contacts this doesn't do that.
