*most recent* No. 7 Translucent Powder (7/23/18) THIS IS MY POWDER ATM 20g/0.7 oz PROS: -on the affordable range $12.99 for  .7 oz/20 g -bought mine at target (easily accessible) -finely milled -very smooth -has hyaluronic acid, did not make my under eye area dry or crepe-y -no flashback NO CONS for me! with flash no flash   AIR SPUN (extra coverage translucent) 2.3 oz 65g $5.99 (most affordable) PROS: -Excellent price point -A LOT of product -Works well with setting spray -does not look cakey, looks most natural on pictures -a little bit brightening since it's not colorless CONS: -STRONG perfume scent -Minor flashback and I mean REALLY MINOR (if packed on it will most likely cause a major flashback so I suggest using a colored setting powder on top if you want to use this for all over your face) -not as finely milled as more expensive powders -A little drying for me under the eyes (maybe because of fragrance?) -St...

Fenty Gloss Bomb Review

Image
Price: $18 I think that price for anyyyyyy lip loss is kind of up there but it does feel luxurious. It is moisturizing and smells slightly fruity. I really liked it until some of it got in my mouth. It tasted a mix of that slight fruity and wax combo it was weird and stayed in my mouth for about a minute. I still don't know if I can stand it. Like it is bound to get in there especially if you lick your lips by accident! It gave a clear gloss effect to my lips with very little shimmer not visible unless you look veryyyy closely. It reminds of soap & glory/buxom glosses without that minty feeling or taste and it did not dry out my lips like how those would. UPDATE: I am going to keep it because I used it two days in a row on really cold days (IT SNOWED HERE IN SOUTH TX!!) and it kept my lips moisturized. No lip gloss does that, none that I own anyways and even my lip balms don't last that long! I just wouldn't put so much because then that nasty taste and wax feel...

Kat Von D Lolita Dupe-Is it really worth it

Image
PLEASE IGNORE MY OVERLINED LIPS lol tragic. The lolita picture was taken in sephora so lighting was probably not the best but in person it sorta looked like that on my skintone anyways. It came off as a muted rose brown. I wore it all day and ate with it. It felt drying unlike the wet n wild I used ONE COAT and that was it because if I layered I felt like it would have been too thick. Both lasted the same, about 4 hours with eating oily foods. I wore the wet n wild to thanksgiving dinner (YES THANKSGIVING) and the lolita eating tacos so they both would go through the same thing.  Wet N Wild downside? It seems to separate after having it for a while, I've had mine 6 months and I think that's the max life for it. I don't know how long sephora leaves their products out but it does not seem like lolita has that issue. BUT YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO THROW AWAY after 6 months anyways soooo WET N WILD IS THE WAY TO GO! Fenty Pro Filt'r (kinda sad review-with pic)

Image
Ok, so I bought this after trying out a sample size from a previous order. I loved it, it has medium coverage, dries semi-matte. It was one of those impulse buys right after trying. Figured out my shade after watching a million reviews. It oxidizes so I knew I had to choose maybe a shade lighter with the same undertone.  Loved the packaging, glass bottle and pump. But guess what. I had flashback! Iphone and my dslr camera. It wasn't as bad in my camera but the iphone it was sooooo bad! We all usually take pictures with our phones at events so this would be a no go UGHHHHH!!! I just had to blog about it but I had posted a review on influenster at first and had to update that. I did not see anyone saying they did and I just use a cerave moisturizer (PM no spf) and no primer. This is also without a powder. Literally just the foundation. And I know you can put powder foundation on top but I feel like I shouldn't have to. I don't usually anyways, I'll do a set...

LEFT: MORPHE M581 POINTED POWDER BRUSH $14 DUPE 1: BEILI BLACK FOUNDATION POWDER BRUSH FROM ALIEXPRESS $4.99 + $1.79 (epacket shipping option) = $6.78 (no more tax)   (I recommend this shipping option instead of the free one because it's usually 2 weeks for sure and combined shipping can be done after you've placed your orders from the same seller) Got mine  here DUPE 2: REAL TECHNIQUES BLUSH BRUSH $8.99 (plus tax)  (ulta, walmart, target etc.) THOUGHTS: both dupes are very soft and synthetic, I use them for my all over face powder and also to blend everything on my face also could be used for blush and bronzer which is why I looked for the same style as the RT one I had already as the other one is WAY cheaper even though RT is already cheap SIGMA F80 FLAT KABUKI BRUSH *BEST SELLER ALLURE AWARD WINNER* $25 DUPE 1: REAL TECHNIQUES CORE BUFFING BRUSH from CORE COLLECTION SET $14-19 DUPE 2:  ( HIGHLY RECOM...

♡ Back to School Drugstore Makeup♡ Disclaimer: I actually do use these products on the daily and trust in them I hope you'll love them as well 1. Brows: Now I use the Pears soap from the dollar store or any clear ish one I can find with a bit of water on my spooly before anything to give me a feathered look, before I used to use the clear elf brow gel but I just find the soap more convenient at home if you carry your makeup bag I suggest any clear brow gel or the fiber ones like Essence has if you have a sprase brow so by the time you pencil in it's already set, you can also do it afterwards but sometimes it takes off some of the pencil  2. Primer/Setting Spray ELF mineral primer/ Monistat Chafing Gel:   (Both are silicone based for filling pores, if you don't have many pores SKIP THIS!!) I mix it with the foundation for a thicker consistency and works great, you can use it separately, of course, I just prefer it this way, try it! Everyone raves abo...
